All products are vulnerable to water and stain. If any spillage occurs, wipe immediately with a dry cloth. Shagreen is very sensitive to oil and wine stains stains and are to be avoided. For widely used surfaces please request for a resin samenuri finish or a glass top for table tops. Do not use any chemical or cleaning products on the skins.

Do not place your item in direct exposure to sunlight or in proximity to any heat sources (fireplace, warm lighting, heater) or directly under an air-conditioning vent.

A wood wax may be applied on the wood surface.

RETURN POLICY 

All items are thoroughly inspected,  photographed, packed with PE foam and wooden crates prior to shipment. Any claims must be voiced upon reception of the goods; otherwise, we will consider them as received in good condition.

Due to the nature of the skins, the coloring may vary from one skin to another, from one item to another.  These inconsistencies create the natural beauty of the product. The color may also vary with time.
